VIRTUAL Curious Conversations Series: Taming our Triggers

Anger?  Frustration?  How do I react?  How can I respond?  Learn some basic techniques for self and other de-escalation when emotions run hot.

This education series is in partnership with Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center and  will feature learning sessions based on principals and skills used in mediation and restorative practices. Participants will learn listening and communication skills; study conflict dynamics and styles; and learn how to practice conflict resolution skills for de-escalation and peaceful communication.This series is VIRTUAL and held on zoom! Attendance at each session in the series is highly recommended, but feel free to join for one, any or all! We'll have a raffle during each session to win "I never thought of it that way" by Monica Guzman.
