Join us for a three week series discussing The seven circles' approach to spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing rooted in Indigenous ancestral knowledge. The conversation will be co-facilitated by Mary Big Bull-Lewis. This is a series, please join us for all three sessions.

Books are available from NCW Libraries in print, eBook or eaudio formats. Wenatchi Wear (600 S Mission, Wenatchee) will also have copies available for purchase. 


Series outline:

Session 1: Introduction, Movement + Land (Nov 14th)

Session 2: Community, Ceremony + Sacred Space (Nov 21st)

Session 3: Sleep, Food + Future Visioning (Nov 28th)


Format:

This will be a casual but engaging and connected experience. Participants are invited to read the outlined sections (see above) before the meeting so everyone can participate in the conversation.
