Kasey Grass, Ph.D. received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. Dr. Grass has been working at Confluence Health for 6 years serving as the Clinical Director for Integrated Behavioral Health. She has been instrumental in imbedding behavioral health within primary care and the hospital throughout the four county region that Confluence Health serves. She serves as Co-Chair of the Opioid Oversight Committee and she is a member of many other quality improvement committees throughout the organization. Dr. Grass supervised the BEDSIDE (care for the colleague) program since its inception in 2017 and is currently serving as the BEDSIDE coach. When not at work, Dr. Grass enjoys spending time with her two children, reading, and being outdoors.
