Preparing for the Winter Blues with Dr. Carrillo from Confluence Health

Join Dr. Patrick Carrillo, Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Director for Outpatient Behavioral Health at Confluence Health, as he discusses strategies to prepare for the "winter blues."

Dr. Carrillo completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Washington State University. His pre-doctoral internship was at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Carrillo also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Idaho Child & Youth Study Center, a University Center for Excellence (UCE), as well as completing the Utah Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program (ULEND).

Dr. Carrillo has experience working in a university counseling center, inpatient acute care facilities for children and adolescents, hospital-based outpatient care, community health clinic (integrative behavioral medicine), and community mental health centers, working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. He has also been in private practice and has taught at the University level. Dr. Carrillo currently provides clinical supervision to the psychologists and therapists in the Outpatient Behavioral Health department at Confluence Health.
