This education series is in partnership with Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center and will feature learning sessions based on principals and skills used in mediation and restorative practices. Participants will learn listening and communication skills; study conflict dynamics and styles; and learn how to practice conflict resolution skills for de-escalation and peaceful communication.
