Join us for a fun hour of stories, songs, rhyming and crafts. This program is geared towards toddlers and pre-school ages, but everyone is welcome.

The Crafting a story program pairs a story with a craft based on the story. Story based crafts build connections between words, the images and concepts they hold and develop the motor skills required to recreate those images and concepts. 

A fun and interactive time at the Warden Library for kids ages 0-5. We have action songs, fingerplays, rhyming and our favorite stories! After Storytime, we have a craft or special activity for kids while families socialize.

Preschool Storytime is now available on Tuesday and Fridays at 10:30!  It will be the same storytime offered twice a week to give families more options to attend!  We hope to see you here to join us for songs, books and craft time!  We can't wait to see you at the library!  If you have questions, please call us at 509-765-3489

Join us for a fun time with the little ones in your life using chants, movement, stories, and songs that promote the development of speech and listening skills.  Especially for babies, waddlers, & toddlers - siblings welcome!

Join us for a weekly storytime session with stories, songs, and rhymes. This program is designed for preschool-aged children and their adult caregivers, but children ages 2-6 are welcome. 

All ages and skill levels are welcome to join us on the 2nd and 4th Fridays at 1:30pm for our Sit & Stitch Club! We will share techniques, tips, patterns, and yarn. We have crochet kits available for checkout as well as hundreds of print and digital crochet books and magazines. 

Hands on learning activities for elementary age and up. Including science, robotics, engineering, art and so much more!

Bookmobile will be parked at Riverbend Park in Crescent Bar for community members to browse, check out and return library materials.  Stop by and see what the library has to offer!

April is Financial Literacy Month. This program is designed to engage youth in discussion and activities around the concepts of money, shopping, budgeting, credit, interest and savings.

This 7-week course is being offered by the Community for the Advancement of Family Education (CAFE) Wenatchee as part of a statewide effort to build smoke-readiness and climate change resiliency in Latino, Spanish-speaking, migrant, and low-income communities. For ages 10 and older.  This is a beginning level yoga class to introduce participants to yoga; away for everyone to try a new exercise and skill.  People of all yoga levels are welcome to join.

During this event, we will learn how to begin to build a family tree using free Library resources. 

Create mighty heroes, battle monsters, and solve puzzles during our monthly Dungeons and Dragons roleplaying game. Dive into worlds of swords and sorcery with fellow fantasy adventurers as you face whatever challenges the story presents.

 

Jump into the magic anytime! We will feature a complete experience from start to finish during each monthly meeting. All ranges of experience with D&D are welcome, this program will be accessible and fun for beginners, experts, and everyone in between. 

 

All NCW Libraries programs are free and registration is open to the public. This virtual event will be held through the Zoom meeting platform. Registrants will receive an email with the meeting link. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to turn on their cameras and audio to interact with the instructor and other attendees. All attendees must comply with the NCW Libraries Code of Conduct.

This is a support group for breastfeeding mothers, expectant mothers who want to breastfeed, and babies, 0-12 months, led by Jen Lane of Lakeside Baby.  Share experiences, questions, and concerns about pregnancy, nursing, infant care and safety.
