Our Summer Library Program "Read, Renew, Repeat" begins today. Stop by your local library to sign up and pick up your activity packet. You can also participate via the Beanstack app. More information will be available on the website as well. This program runs from June 7th through August 16th. There are fun activities available at the library and some raffle prizes that you can try to win. Stop by your local library to learn more about it.

Hey kids, do you like arts & crafts and being creative? Then this is a great event for you! Crafternoon for Kids: Join us on Tuesday, July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, August 6th & 13th from 2:00-3:30pm. Each week we will provide a different activity.

Join us for 2 hours of Makedo creative construction with cardboard. Makedo are safe cardboard construction tools purposely designed for kids to imagine and build. A variety of cardboard sizes will be provided. Kids will be given plastic screws, "kids safe" plastic screwdrivers to use, and plastic saws to cut the cardboard. It's all about creativity and what will you create with the limited supplies. The kids will be able to keep their final project that they create. They can work individually or work in groups to build something bigger together.

Join us for Fun with STEAM Creative Building. There will be a variety of STEM building materials where you can use your imagination to create. This can be done alone or with a group of people. Come play and explore the different building materials and see what you will create.

Please join us July 25th from 1:00-3:00pm for Adult Creative Crafting. There will be a few different options to choose from, for example: alcohol ink tiles, and decorating canvas book bags. Bring your friends or make some new ones here at the library. This is a relaxing time for you to have fun while being creative. All craft supplies will be available, no reservations needed.

Join Kim Bacon from 1-3pm, as she leads you though a painting workshop. Follow her directions or use your own artistic ability to make it uniquely your own. All painting supplies will be provided. This activity is geared toward adults. We have limited space and supplies, so registration is required. Registration begins on July 1st, 2024.
