The library staff will provide a variety of STEAM educational classes geared towards homeschool families on one Monday a month during most of the school year, excluding January. Each month will feature a different activity, and supplies may be limited depending on the activity. Follow us on the library website to see when each monthly activity will be available.

Join us every Monday starting at 3:30pm. Each week we will share our works in progress, challenge yourself with a story prompt, and talk about the different aspects of writing. This will be a great chance to improve your writing and to get constructive feedback from other writers as well!

Join NCW Libraries and
Write on the River for an inclusive writers’ club for writers of all
ages, skill levels, genres and interests. The NCW Writers’ Group is a writing
community created by local writers, for local writers. This club is designed to
connect people and artists, discuss the craft, ask for advice and share
resources.
Meetings are every third
Wednesday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Wenatchee librarian Nik Penny and Write on the
River board member Holly Thorpe will host the club.
Join us for a ukulele strum along at the Peshastin Library on Wednesdays at 5:30pm! All levels welcome. Music packets are provided. If you are new to the group, please arrive 15 minutes to get set up with your music packet.

Join us for Preschool Storytime, the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of February - April at 10:00am. We'll read books, sing songs, and do movement activities too. At the end of Storytime, we'll have craft time. Designed for kids 2-6 years old and their adult.

Calling all Magic The Gathering fans! Every month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday our community members break out their decks and play each other. Bring a 60-Card or Commander Deck to test your mettle! Never played before? We will have beginner decks and someone to teach you! Everyone is welcome! Snacks and drinks provided.
Join us at the library for Neurodiversity Celebration Week (March 18-24, 2024) and create a sensory bottle to help calm and relax the body and mind. Program will run while supplies last! No sign up required!
